Active Plan - $31.95 per year

Offers the most comprehensive coverage, and the best choice if you have;

active children who enjoy sports and outdoor activities
children who travel outside their own province or Canada
teenagers with part-time jobs

Value Plan - $13.50 per year

A low-cost supplement to existing health and dental insurance

most benefits are paid in addition to any other group or private insurance – you can recoup all your out-of-pocket expenses
future dental treatment until age 26 for all children

Adult Plan - $27.50 per year

For parents and other family members over 19 years of age

How much does it cost?

All premiums are a one-time annual cost (ends September 30, 2010). For the Active and Value Plans, we offer a discounted premium for families with 3 or more children.
